Peter is responsible for overall leadership, organizational development, and financial health of BENG. He is the guardian of our strategic vision and mission, and a helps ensure that our strategic plans and activities is consistent with our mission. He guides us in ensuring that we are living the principles of BENG's mantra "Members Helping Members". He often attends chapter meetings, and actively supports the organization, our Leadership Team and our Chapter Leaders. He is also one of the original Founders.
Paula is responsible for providing the strategic vision and leadership for our Chapter Leaders. She provides direction and guidance to current Chapter Leaders and ensuring that Chapters have the support they need to meet our mission and goals. She also develops our strategic plan for Chapter Expansion, and works directly with potential new Chapter Leaders to ensure that they have all the support they need to successfully build their chapter. She is an active member of the Leadership Team, where she not only helps us achieve our organizational goals, but also advocates on behalf of our Chapter Leaders. Paula was also the project manager and driver of our new web site.
Brian is responsible for the development and implementation of our Strategic Plan, ensuring that we target a fiscan experienced IT Executive with extensive technology and consulting experience managing and leading large, complex multi-million IT initiatives and programs. Proven track record of aligning business and IT strategies to create relevant technical and cost appropriate solutions that support business requirements. Substantial industry experience in Financial Services, Technology, Insurance and Pharma.
Pam is an innovative Marketing Leader with over 20 years experience in in developing and executing effective strategic plans and marketing initiatives, as well as translating them into specific marketing tactics and actionable plans. She is a passionate and creative marketer that brings an entrepreneurial spirit to every business that I become a part of. I am known for my ability to solve marketing "problems" and for having an "incredibly creative mind that breaks free of traditional thinking to create innovative marketing strategies and products."
