Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors provides highest level guidance for its mission and expansion of scope.

Peter Frost

Peter is founder and President of BENG, which began operations as the Central Pennsylvania Executive Networking Group (CPENG) in 2003. Peter is also the President of Frost Advisors, founded in 2009 as BENG Professional Services (BPS). The organization offers the consulting services of over 50 advisors, providing an array of critical business skills to help clients overcome business challenges and achieve core business goals.

Previously, Peter founded Frost Associates LLC, served as CFO at Gotham Golf, a startup golf course operation, CFO and VP Finance at The Boyds Collection, and has held international operations positions at The Singer Company, Johnson & Johnson and Alcon Labs.

Charles Pourciau, Jr.

Charles is an ethics and compliance executive and a government contracts director who, until his election to the BENG Board of Directors, served as its General Counsel and Secretary.

He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, focused on director excellence, an Ethics and Compliance Officer for a PA defense contractor and General Counsel for a FL aerospace and defense contractor.


Dr. Nanette Miner

Nanette is Founder of and Managing Consultant for The Training Doctor, specializing in customized workplace curriculum design. She is a frequent speaker at training and human resource conferences and corporate conventions. She serves as an expert-guest on workforce development and millennial career-development for numerous business radio shows including Inc. Radio. Nanette has authored / co-authored four books, numerous trade and industry articles, and hundreds of blog postings on related topics. 

Cathy Bonser

Cathy is Director of Marketing for the US Prosthetics Division of DENTSPLY, a dental material products and services supplier. She previously worked at Eastman Kodak Company in a variety of capacities, including chemical engineering, consumer global sales and marketing, and manufacturing strategy. Cathy holds her MBA in Marketing and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, and BS degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. 

Gary Morel

Gary is Founder and CEO of FiveFifty Health, a management company enabling insurer-provider partnerships to share data and co-invest in care management for targeted health-related interventions. FiveFifty Health aligns insurance company and health system incentives to coordinate care for improved health status at lower costs. 

Steve Rosen

Steve Rosen is CEO of FranNet, where he combines his deep experience in franchising, mergers and acquisitions and business brokerage to help organizations grow and expand within current and into new markets.

Tony DiGirolamo, Director Emeritus

Tony DiGirolamo is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years’ experience in CFO and Controller’s roles. 

He has held leadership roles in Price Waterhouse Coopers, Rockwell Corporation, Otis Elevator, A.B. Dick Company and Sweet Street Desserts, Inc. In his work, Tony has focused on capital raising, leveraging tax savings opportunities, setting up of international operations financial infrastructure, and providing financial guidance in operational and customer deal- making decisions.

Tony holds his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter Frost


Peter is responsible for the highest-level leadership of BENG and its management. He ensures that all strategic plans and activities are consistent with our mission and provides direct guidance to the leadership team. Peter is a group founder and brings his deep project and people management skills to benefit BENG.

Paula Resetco

VP Chapter Operations

Paula provides strategic vision and leadership for our Chapter Leaders, providing support needed to meet BENG mission and goals. She develops the strategic plans for Chapter Expansion and works directly with potential new Chapter Leaders to successfully build their chapter. She serves as advocate on behalf of our Chapter Leaders. Paula

J. Brian Walters

VP Strategic Planning

Brian holds responsibility for development and implementation of BENG’s Strategic Plan. He brings a proven record of aligning business and IT strategies to create relevant technical and cost-appropriate solutions that support business requirements. His industry experience includes Financial Services, Technology, Insurance and Pharmaceuticals.

Pam Scott

VP Marketing

Pam is an innovative marketing leader with over 20 years’ experience in developing and executing effective strategic plans and marketing initiatives. Her talents include translating plans into specific marketing tactics and actionable plans.  She brings an entrepreneurial spirit to her work and is recognized for creative and innovative marketing strategies and products.

William Gerlach


Bill is an IT and HR Systems professional with broad leadership capabilities leveraging both technical and business acumen. His Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals industry experience incorporates a variety of business functions including IT, human resources, and operations.

Dave Pritchard

VP Member Services

Dave Pritchard is a Senior Management Professional with more than 25 years of increasing responsibility in multi-facilities / profit center operations, finance, project management and human resources. For the last several years, he has served as a Consultant for business, spanning industries that include retail, manufacturing / distribution and services. Dave has successfully advised for companies who were in need of organizational and succession planning guidance, to as much as a full turnaround scenario, with revenues of $2 million to $130 million.

Dave Buttolph

VP Member Operations

David is an experienced Business Development Advisor at ERS Sales Advisors providing outsourced sales development and management services. He helps clients address their existing markets and expand into new areas for business growth.

John Robinson


John is a seasoned corporate executive with more than 40 years’ experience in financial leadership. He has held CFO and controller roles with organizations in several different industries. His expertise includes commercial real estate development, contract negotiations, project management, strategic planning and forecasting.

John is responsible for coordinating BENG’s annual budget and preparing monthly financial statements.
